Feedback on Top Rope Anchor Setting
This event is for climbers who have done top rope anchor setting on their own in the past, and want to receive feedback from a professional guide to ensure their practice meeting current risk management standards.
The guide will advise you better ways or alternative ways to use your existing equipment to increase your security and efficiency. The guide will also advise that you acquire certain equipment when necessary. You can ask many relevant questions!
Pre-requisites: Having set up a top rope anchor independenly in the past.
Where: Rattlesnake Point Conservation Area at 7200 Appleby Line, Milton, ON L9T 2Y1.
Time: 2 hours between 8:00am & 6:30pm on every 3rd Saturday. Please book your time slot in advance. No walk-ins.
Fee: $120/person+HST
Group registration discount: $90/person for a group of 2 or more people.
What is provided: Please bring all your own equipment for your own setup, including harness, helmet, rope, carabiners, slings, etc. If you don't have a helmet, you can rent one from us for $6+HST.
What to wear: Sturdy, closed-toe shoes with non-slipery soles. Put your jewelry, rings on fingers and artificial finger nails away for an enjoyable experience.

(Walk-in clients are welcome and will be accommodated when spots are available.)
Booking Conditions:
All participants are required to read, understand and sign this waiver of liability. Those under the age of 18 years must have a parent or legal guardian co-sign their waiver, and be accompanied by an adult.
Cancellation Policy:
Nature tests us and nurtures us. Zen Climb may at its sole discretion reschedule or cancel a booked event due to extreme risky weather conditions or other factors justifiable by Zen Climb. In case of such a cancellation, we will notify you the day before the start of the program. Pre-registered clients can transfer their credits to any other event or course offered by Zen Climb within one year, or receive a refund of total payment minus $5 processing fee per registration. If you did not receive a cancellation email/text/call from us, assume the event will run as scheduled.
When a registered client decides to cancel, cancellation must be received 30 days prior to the start of the event in order to receive a 50% refund. Otherwise, no refund will be issued. You may transfer your reservation to another person or use the creidts for any other event or course offered by Zen Climb within one year.
